
Gale Tuper, MD
Dr. Gale Tuper brings a wealth of experience to Emerald ENT, having dedicated his career to serving patients as both a physician and a military officer. Originally from rural upstate New York, Dr. Tuper earned his undergraduate degree from Johns Hopkins University before attending medical school at Vanderbilt University. Driven by a desire to serve his country, he joined the U.S. Air Force to help fund his medical education, planning to serve a short term but ultimately staying for a full career, drawn by the people, mission, and impact of military medicine.
Comprehensive ENT Care
Dr. Tuper enjoys the full spectrum of general otolaryngology, from pediatric care to advanced thyroid and nasal surgery. He is also a regional leader in Inspire surgery for obstructive sleep apnea, offering a cutting-edge alternative for patients struggling with CPAP therapy.
Personal Background
While at Johns Hopkins, Dr. Tuper met his wife, Debbie. They have been married for over 20 years and have three children, Tim, Ryan, and Kira, who have pursued their own paths at the University of Central Florida, the University of Florida, and Niceville High School, respectively.

In his free time, Dr. Tuper enjoys golfing, fishing, and spending time on the beautiful Gulf Coast, making his post-Air Force life in Florida a perfect fit.
